Refund Eligibility
An eSIM is considered "used" once it has been activated or any data session has occurred.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
✓ Eligible for Refund (within 7 days of purchase)
- •The eSIM data plan was never activated or used
- •Technical issues prevented activation despite following all troubleshooting steps
- •The purchased plan does not work in the advertised country or region
- •You were charged incorrectly or double-charged for the same purchase
- •You accidentally deleted the eSIM before any data was used (no data consumption on record)
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- •The eSIM has been activated and any data has been consumed (even minimal usage)
- •Change of mind after activation
- •Travel plans changed after purchase and activation
- •Network coverage issues in remote or rural areas (within normal coverage limitations)
- •Violation of our Terms & Conditions
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, chat with Roamy and provide your order number. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Rewards Points
If you redeemed Roamy Rewards points as part of your purchase:
- •Full refund: Points will be restored to your account
- •After activation: Points earned from the purchase will be deducted if a refund is issued
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For purchases made before policy changes, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
